50th Anniversary Weekend
Monday 27th April 2026
The Club would like to thank Special Events Co-ordinator, Bernadette and her team for putting together a wonderfully enjoyable weekend of entertainments for the membership. From the exaggerated tales of the bush poets to sing-a-longs and the glitz of the Showcase concert, there was something for everyone. It was fantastic to see a great number of our members coming out to enjoy the events and it was great to welcome our friends from out of town who made the trip to Dunedin for the weekend to reconnect with their folky friends. We would also like to thank the volunteers who worked hard doing a turn in the café / bar and the sound techs and all who helped shift furniture around. There will be a full review in the next edition of “The Clarion” where special mentions can be made.
