Sunday Club Night: a feature concert every week (apart from some holiday weekends) 7.30 pm. Floorspot performers often invited from local musicians in the first half. Cafe and bar open. Usually door sales only. See notes on each night for featured performers or events.
Thursday Open Mic Night: a warm welcome to all, 7.30 pm. Gold coin entry. Cafe open.
Special Concerts - may be scheduled on other nights
Our venue for club events is the Opoho Bowling Club rooms, 80 Lovelock Avenue, North Dunedin

Attention all! Coming up: Songs of Seasons. Read on ...
“In the bleak mid-winter……………….” We’re all hunkering down to get through the winter season but it’s always warm and toasty at the Folk Club. On Sunday 5th July we’re having a themed club night featuring songs and tunes about the weather or the seasons. Whether It’s Raining Men or Walking on Sunshine; Summertime or Autumn Leaves; The Frost is All Over to Summer Salsa, there are so many out there.
Carole is putting this evening together so please contact her directly at mcstew@slingshot.co.nz if you’d like to book a spot. Two songs or tunes of your choice but we need to know which ones, so we don’t get 10 versions of Here Comes The Sun.
