AGM & Celebration

Join us for the election of committee members for another year and to celebrate our first anniversary of being at Opoho. 

The evening will take the form of a party night, following AGM business, to include food, drink and entertainment to mark one year since we moved to our new clubrooms. It will be a free event.

We plan an early start compared with usual club nights to accommodate AGM business. There’s to be a pot luck dinner so bring food to share and there will be a cash bar. Two great bands are lined up to play, Valley Bluegrass followed by Skin and Bone, so bring your party shoes.

Here’s the plan:

5 pm — AGM (exercise your democratic rights and responsibilities)

6 pm or shortly thereafter — DINNER (with optional wine and a good blether)

7.30 ish — MUSIC (after you’ve done the washing up!)
